LOGIN — NEW Customer

To place an online order you just need to create an account. After you create an online account, your email address acts as your login ID--that and your password are all you will need to log in and place an order on thomsonfilehistories.com.

Please create a password that is at least 8 alphanumeric characters in length. To better protect your account, we recommend creating a password that contains a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. +, ?, and *)

Be sure to select the Save Changes button when you have completed filing out the registration form. We will verify your changes and send a confirmation email to you before the changes take effect.

After you create an account with thomsonfilehistories.com you will immediately be able to place an order online.

LOGIN — EXISTING Faxpat Optipat Woolcott Customer

If you have an existing Faxpat, Optipat or Woolcott account, but have not yet created an online account profile to use the thomsonfilehistories.com web site, please take a moment to verify your existing account information (your existent customer number and telephone).

After you create an online account profile, your email address acts as your login ID--that and your password are all you will need to log in and place an order on thomsonfilehistories.com.

If you cannot remember your Faxpat, Optipat or Woolcott account information, there is a link on the login page to create a New Account and once we receive your information we will take care of activating your account.

Be sure to select the Save Changes button when you complete filling out the account profile information.

CREATE/CHANGE PASSWORD

Your password should be at least 8 alphanumeric characters in length. To better protect your account, we recommend creating a password that contains a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g. +, ?, and *)

The profile section allows you to change your password (access from the Welcome screen on right). Be sure to select the Save Changes button when you have completed your change. Your password change is immediate. Use the new password the next time you login to the site.

Your password can be reset and a temporary password sent to your login email. We recommend that you login with the temporary password and use the profile feature to reset your random (temporary) password so you will be able to remember it next time.

BILLING INFORMATION - EXISTING CUSTOMER
(existing Optipat, Faxpat, Woolcott account)

Once you take a moment to verify your existing Optipat, Faxpat or Woolcott account information, you will be asked to complete the online profile form so that you can begin using the thomsonfilehistories.com web site. The billing information displayed in the profile form is the billing information that currently exists in our records for the account you entered. To change this billing information, please update your registration form and/or profile or contact customer support.

Invoices for your account will be sent to the billing email address listed on the account record. To make a change to this information, please update the billing information in your profile or contact customer service.

If you do request a change using your account profile, be sure to select the Save Changes button when you complete filling out the form. We will verify your changes and send you a confirmation email before the update takes effect.

When you creat an online account you may provide a contact for the account and specify a billing contact as well. Invoices for your new account will be sent to the attention of the individual you name as billing contact when you first register. To change this billing information, please update your profile or contact customer service.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - EXISTING CUSTOMER
(existing Optipat, Faxpat, Woolcott account)

The shipping information displayed is the information that currently exists in our records for the account you entered. The shipping information should reflect the default physical or email address where orders should be delivered.Unless otherwise specified in the order form at the time an order is placed, the default shipping noted is where deliveries will be made. To change your default shipping destination (where orders are delivered) please update the shipping information during registration, use the account profile form to make an update, or contact customer support.

You may deliver orders to multiple email recipients by entering the email addresses in the email field separated by commas. There is no additional charge for this option. Orders will be delivered (when an electronic option is selected in the order form) to each email address noted unless otherwise specified at the time an order is placed.

Be sure to select the Save Changes button when your changes are noted.. We will verify your changes and send a confirmation email to you before the changes take effect.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - NEW CUSTOMER

Enter a default physical and email shipping address where orders will be delivered unless otherwise specified in the order form at the time an order is placed. To change this information in the future, please update this form or contact customer support.

To deliver orders to multiple recipients, enter the email addresses here. There is no additional charge for this option. Orders will be delivered (when an electronic option is selected in the order form) to each email address unless otherwise specified at the time an order is placed.
