Basic OCR Searchable PDF
Thomson Reuters utilizes state-of-the-art Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to scan files, ensuring you receive the most accurate and highest quality files available in the industry. All electronic files are searchable using the Adobe® Acrobat® Find feature. Files include detailed bookmarks and thumbnail views, so you can easily navigate to the section you need. And, the Adobe Reader Select Text feature allows you to select, copy, and paste text into a Microsoft Word® document for further review and analysis.
Premier OCR Searchable PDF
For even more precise and sophisticated data analysis, order our Premier OCR Searchable PDF file histories. Thomson Reuters is the only file history provider employing state of the art OCR technology that simultaneously runs multiple vote engines to improve the overall data accuracy by 80 percent compared to single vote engine technology currently used in most file history OCR products. In addition, this technology has a greater ability to distinguish text content from image content and other noise appearing on a document. Less sophisticated systems are unable to make this distinction and leave over 60 percent of the document text content unsearchable. This format is one our most popular and fastest growing products, providing improved data accuracy and content, and expanded search capabilities including proximity and Boolean operators.

CD-ROM
With CD-ROMs, multiple files are stored on one disc and detailed labels are included to help you easily identify the information you need. A tabbed and indexed hardcopy version of your file can also be requested.
Paper Hardcopy
Printed paper documents are bound in a professional presentation format with an index and tabs for easy review. A detailed cover page is also included for quick identification of the file history.
